Getting Started

Set Your Daily Macronutrient Targets



The first slider represents how active you are, from sedentary on the left, to extremely active on the right. The second slider represents your weight goal. The far left is for drastic weight loss, while the far right is to put on mass. We recommend starting somewhere close to the middle and making small adjustments over time as you see how your body reacts to different amounts of macronutrients.

I've accidentally added chicken to my foods eaten today, but I didn't actually eat the chicken. How can I remove it without resetting the whole day?







By removing the food from your "Meals Today" list, you'll also remove the food's macros from the day.
